MAOT Spring Conference March 21!

Calling All Occupational Therapists! 

I’m excited to be presenting at the Massachusetts Association for Occupational Therapy Spring Conference on Saturday, March 21 at Western New England University in Springfield, MA.

My presentation, “What Matters Most: Improving Acute Stroke Care Through Patient-Centered Communication, Early Rehabilitation, and Advocacy,” will share our journey and highlight the need to improve acute stroke care—especially when it comes to access to communication for patients.

I’ll also be discussing medical trauma and the impact it can have on care and recovery.

If you’re an OT, I hope you’ll come check it out! There will be many other incredible speakers and learning opportunities throughout the day, and attendees can earn 4 CEUs.
